The C-A-T® is a true one-handed tourniquet proven to be 100% effective by the U.S. Army’s Institute of Surgical Research. Tests proved that the C-A-T® completely occluded blood flow of an extremity in the event of a traumatic wound with significant hemorrhage.
 
The C-A-T® utilizes a durable windlass system with a free-moving internal band providing true circumferential pressure to the extremity. Once adequately tightened, bleeding will cease and the windlass is locked into place. A Hook and Loop strap is then applied, securing the windlass to maintain pressure during casualty evacuation. The C-A-T®’s unique dual securing system avoids the use of screws and clips which can become difficult to operate under survival stress or where fine motor skills are compromised.

This bandage consolidates multiple first aid devices such as a primary dressing, pressure applicator, secondary dressing, and a foolproof closure apparatus to secure the bandage in place. Ideal solution for emergency treatment when every second counts. Ideal for use by the military, first responders, ems, law enforcement, disaster preparedness, homeland security, commercial and industrial sites, and first aid kits.  Emergency Bandage's are sterile, non-adherent pad applies pressure to any site, can be easily wrapped and secured, and has an additional application, similar to a tourniquet, to further constrict blood-flow. The product is so easy to use that even an injured person can self-apply the bandage with one hand!

The Enhanced IFAK Level 1 is designed for use by professionals with all the items necessary for serious wound management. This IFAK comes standard in a nylon pouch with MOLLE system straps as well as a drop leg platform. Easy pull straps make getting to your contents fast and convenient.

Enhanced IFAK is an adjustable drop leg pouch. The bag comes with a detachable buckle from the belt attachment and the strap the secures around you leg so you can easily and quickly release the Enhanced IFAK. All contents in the Drop Leg First Aid Kit are secured with heavy duty elastic straps with helpful tabs in the middle of the straps to easily pull up the straps to insert and take out your supplies. The Drop Leg First Aid Kit Pouches are available in Black, Olive Drab, and Tan. Knowing where you kit is is just the half of having a plan for before you  need your first aid kit.
