Hoplite Armor Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations

Hoplite Armor LLC ships to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, or Northern Mariana Islands. Due to state regulations, we cannot ship body armor to Connecticut or New York. Various other products, such as high-capacity magazines, may also be subject to state or local shipping restrictions. Orders for other products (e.g., medical supplies, survival food, coffee, soft goods) may be shipped to these states, subject to applicable laws.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is offered on orders over $399 (pre-tax) to eligible addresses in the continental United States only. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as orders under $399, will incur shipping costs calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and shipping method. All shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order is returned due to an error by Hoplite Armor LLC (see our Refund and Return Policy for details).

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Typical delivery within the continental U.S. takes 3-7 business days from the date of shipment, while deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer, depending on the carrier and destination. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Restrictions and Compliance

Hoplite Armor LLC complies with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the shipment of our products. Customers are responsible for ensuring their orders comply with local regulations. Body armor cannot be shipped to Connecticut or New York due to state restrictions. Attempted orders for body armor or other restricted products, such as high-capacity magazines, to prohibited states will be canceled, and customers will be notified via email.

International Shipping

At this time, Hoplite Armor LLC does not offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii, as specified above.

Delivery Issues

Hoplite Armor LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the carrier after the order has been shipped. If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. Force Majeure

Hoplite Armor LLC is not liable for delays in shipping or delivery due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or carrier disruptions.

Governing Law

This shipping policy and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable state or federal laws (e.g., California consumer protection laws) mandate specific rights.
