The Bellfire LTS Level III (Light Tactical Shield) is engineered from a UHMWPE based material for rifle threat protection. This multi-hit shield has been independently tested to meet or exceed NIJ Standard 0108.01 ballistic resistance.
Features of the Bellfire LTS Level III
- Protection: Level IIIA stand alone against handgun rounds or Level III stand alone against rifle rounds
- NIJ Standard 0108.01 TESTED: Tested by an NVLAP accredited laboratory to meet or exceed ballistic resistance per NIJ 0108.01
- Material: UHMWPE based material
- Exterior Cover: Polyurea with Rhino Extreme 1150Fr Anti Spall Coated System
- Ballistic Viewport: 4” x 10”
- Handle: Shield comes standard with HighCom C-Handle which is ambidextrous. Light is not standard.
- Multi-hit capability NIJ 0108.01
- Color: Black with transparent viewport
- Quick-release: Shoulder strap and shield carrying bag
- Optional LED Light: multiple options available
- Warranty: 5 years on ballistic material; 1 year on exterior cover and workmanship
