Which Plate Size Is Right For Me?

Personal preference is the single most important factor. The prior standard for all plates was 10"×12". Size Medium is ideal for most personnel.

Proper fit is determined by measuring from your clavicle notch to above your navel. The plate should cover the center of your vital organs efficiently.

Larger users might consider different dimensions for full coverage. However, the 10"x12" standard remains the most versatile choice for standard plate carriers.
