SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Orders can only be shipped to addresses in the United States.

Domestic Shipments
UPS Ground is our Standard and Preferred shipping method.  UPS cannot deliver to PO/APO/FPO addresses. USPS will be used for PO/APO/FPO addresses. International shipments require State Department approval and will use best available shipping options TBD. Shipment tracking is available for UPS and USPS shipments.

UPS Ground services are not available to Alaska or Hawaii. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped by either UPS Second Day Air or USPS. A $20.00 surcharge will be added for Second Day Air service to Alaska or Hawaii.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Returns Policy

All sales are final. No Refunds, No Cancellations. Exceptions may be made by Hoplite Armor LLC but will require a 20% restocking / processing fee. Before returning any product, you MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from a customer service representative by calling 855-ARMOR-01. We can only process returns and refunds for items directly purchased from www.hoplitearmor.com and filled by Hoplite Armor LLC. Proof of purchase is required. Your return must be in the original package and include the original invoice received with the merchandise. Send the package prepaid, via UPS or insured U.S. Mail to:

Refunds
You will receive a credit via your original method of payment. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing of returns and issuance of credit upon receipt by Hoplite Armor. Please note that we can refund the initial shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
