The MIRA Safety Geiger-2 is a pocket-sized personal radiation dosimeter and Geiger counter featuring the same SBM20-01 Geiger-Müller tube used in professional and military-grade radiation detection equipment. It provides continuous ambient gamma radiation monitoring with a full-color display, USB-C charging, and a built-in solar panel for extended field use.
Military-Grade Detection Tube
The SBM20-01 Geiger-Müller tube is the same sensing element found in military and first-responder radiation detectors, providing accurate gamma radiation readings across a range of 0.999 μSv/h to 999 μSv/h. It detects gamma radiation at energies ≥0.1 MeV.
Always-On Monitoring
The Geiger-2 operates in three modes: ambient radiation monitoring, long-term dose statistics, and customizable daily exposure alarms. A 400mAh LiPo battery delivers up to 30 days of runtime between USB-C charges (approximately 2 hours to full). The integrated solar panel provides trickle-charge supplementation — use with indirect sunlight only.
